If you had an existing terms account with Paragon C & C Co, we can still honor your existing account. We may need to update your vendor record with our new address, W9, and phone number

We ship to the lower 48 states and some parts of Canada. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded

All orders usually ship within 24-48 hours during normal business hours FOB New York. Transit time varies depending on your location. Please note if a backorder exists we will email you lead-times.

If you receive a damaged shipment please notate it on the bill of lading with the carrier and refuse the shipment. If you received damaged please contact our customer service dept at 718-559-0140 and we will determine if a new unit will be shipped or parts could be sent.

Paragon slide cabinets are warranted against defects in workmanship and material for one year from date of shipment.
